Before founding my agency in January 2016, I spent several years as a Regional Business Development Manager for Sandals and Beaches Resorts. In that role, I had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, and the United States. I worked hands-on with travel advisors across the country, helping them grow their businesses by providing sales training, marketing strategies, and destination expertise.

That experience gave me an insider’s view of the travel industry—and a deep understanding of what travelers are truly looking for. More importantly, it opened my eyes to how I could take those skills and relationships and use them to serve clients in a more personal and impactful way.
